The Estate at Cherokee Dock Wedding Celebration Venue
Felix couldn’t have been more impressed with The Estate at Cherokee Dock. It truly is a gorgeous venue. The mansion and estate is the former property of famous country music star Reba McEntire. Two years ago it became an event venue and what a great idea. If you’re looking for the perfect wedding location, look no further. You’ll find beautifully decorated rooms, excellently manicured grounds, and a staff that really knows how to take care of everything. They even had a great spot for the after party. After a delicious late night snack of pizza and fries, everyone headed to the game room. This mansion has it all. Please click here to see The Estate at Cherokee Dock. You won’t be disappointed.
Champagne Towers and Special Guests
As our happy couple stood next to a stunning champagne tower, the groom used a saber to crack open the first bottle. What an impressive way to start the party! We DJ’d instrumental tracks during cocktail hour because we had a special guest to do the singing for us. A Dolly Parton impersonator was on hand to mingle with the guests and sing a few songs. Everyone loved her renditions of Jolene and I Will Always Love You. Did you know Felix and Fingers has an awesome DJ service? All of our dueling pianists are also trained DJ’s. Many of our brides and grooms choose a mix of a dueling piano show and a DJ show. It’s a great option.
The dueling piano portion started off with a bang. Both the bride and groom grabbed a mic and entertained their guests. These two were awesome and the guests went wild. But then it was our turn with the microphone. Performers Ben and Jake pulled out all the stops and kept this group going with songs like Don’t Rock the Jukebox from Alan Jackson and Sister Sledge’s We Are Family. And since this was Reba’s former home, we had to play Fancy. What a fun night!
