What’s better than playing one show at the Knights of Columbus in Ironton, Ohio? Playing TWO shows. Having two back-to-back shows was an absolute blast.
Knights of Columbus: Knight One
Our first show was a fundraiser for the Shriners, who raise money for emergency medical transportation. Besides an awesome venue, staff, and entertainment, what else could raise money for such an amazing cause? Two words: pig roast. It was delicious. We even documented it so we could remember how great it was.
After dinner filled with great conversation and holiday music, we played our set. People must get really generous after consuming pig because we raised and donated an additional $2k in tips! It truly was a wonderful night.
Knight Two
Our next show was a 60th birthday party. Birthday parties are always fun shows. We had some folks who attended the show the night before so we did our best to create a show that was both new and exciting. It seemed like we succeeded because everyone was singing and dancing the whole night, especially when we played Hang on Sloopy. The Knights of Columbus did a great job accommodating and the night wouldn’t have been as magical without them
Dueling Pianos in Ironton OH
If we could, we would have done several more nights at the Knights of Columbus. We have performed at several venues and we can say this place truly was special. From the way they treat the guests to the way they treated us, it was nothing short of excellent. It was the perfect size for what the events called for and people couldn’t stop raving about how much fun they had!
If you want to have a night as wonderful as these folks did, check out the Knights of Columbus website.
And if you want some exceptional dueling piano players, look no further than here.
Thanks Knights of Columbus for hosting! We had a knight to remember! (see what I did there?)
