…a lion in the frozen tundra of Illinois. F&F are ready for this winter to be over and escape from 5 hour car trips to gigs in blizzard conditions – my fingers are numb just thinking about it.
March is the start of our wedding season and we’ve hit the ground running! We had a fantastic time with the Daniels wedding last week and are looking forward to three more receptions this month. Congrats to all our happy couples!
Meanwhile, our shows continue at the Renaissance in Northbrook and L’Eiffel Bistrot in South Barrington. Both venues have quickly become two of our favorites and we’d recommend a trip out anytime! Come for our intimate piano bar style shows, starting with jazz and transitioning into an all request show. Check the calendar for dates!
We even have a full dueling show coming up this month in Lake Villa at Blackthorn Grille. It’s a new venue for us, so come out with your requests!
Lastly, I (Fingers/Mike Potts) will be in the Dominican Republic from Friday 3/15 through Tuesday 3/19 for a wedding (that I don’t have to play!). I will have limited email access, so either email me before I leave, or please excuse any delays in my response time while I avoid reality…and Felix.
