Felix and Fingers headed to Davenport, IA to lend a hand (and fingers) for Rally for Reid’s Pediatric Cancer Fundraiser. Katrina and T. Duncan tickled the ivories all night while guests danced and sang. All were astounded by the success of the night!
Rally for Reid’s Pediatric Cancer Fundraiser
Felix and Fingers ensured all had an awesome time while they supported an incredibly worthy cause. Rally for Reid supports families and children impacted by childhood cancer and raises funds for pediatric cancer research. This night was no exception. Their silent auction raised an impressive $16,000 and Katrina and T. Duncan donated their tip jar, adding another $3,900 to the cause. Overall, the night was perfect, and a big factor was their amazing venue. The Stardust in Davenport, IA is made to PARTY! It is a huge space that can hold all the energy your group can dish out. Reid + Trucks = BUCKS
Reid William Gleeson did more with his five years of life than many do with decades. Felix and Fingers and all guests were inspired to see Reid’s garbage trucks decorating the space- even the custom made treats had his truck on them! Reid loved cleaning things up. He always put the garbage in its proper place. He even sorted the recycling too! Reid motivated everyone around him to keep things tidy, and someday, he will show cancer to the dump as well.
Rally for Reid’s Pediatric Cancer Fundraiser was a huge step in that direction. So many supported this mission by donating items to the silent auction, and guests filled Felix and Fingers’ $3900.00 tip jar
which was donated for this worthy cause. Reid’s mom and loved ones gave heart-felt speeches that reminded all of the importance of this celebration. Undoubtedly, Katrina and T. Duncan kept the party going even longer by playing the Clemson Fight Song, Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond and Van Morrison’s Brown Eyed Girl. Guests couldn’t get enough of the Felix and Fingers’ fun! Everyone is already looking forward to next year’s Rally for Reid’s Pediatric Cancer Fundraiser.
