Specialty Drinks and Fun, Fun, Fun!
We’re seeing a lot of weddings lately with fun specialty drinks. This Grand Harbor Resort Wedding not only had one option, but three–one for the bride, one for the groom, and one for the dog! So fun! There were a ton of requests from all over the music genres, but country and 90’s music seemed to top them all. Disney tunes were also a favorite and while mostly for the kids, the dads were having quite the time singing along at the top of their lungs. They knew every single word!
One highlight of the evening was Elton John’s Tiny Dancer. It was a special request of the bride and groom and everyone danced and sang along. We also loved seeing the bride, her siblings, and her mother dancing to Here Comes the Sun from the Beatles. It was a true delight to see such family love. Our night ended on a patriotic note with a request for God Bless the USA from Lee Greenwood. With every guest singing along, it was the perfect way to end the night. Well that and the delicious cheesecake bites the bride sent home with us. Those were quite good too!
