Our Chariton Chamber of Commerce Fundraiser had a super diverse crowd joining us for this special day. Representing Felix for our Chariton Chamber of Commerce Fundraiser were Eric Ronquillo and Jake Ashey. Our players worked double-time trying to meet the firework display fund. Oh and by the way, it didn’t matter the age group. This was an all-ages show, so everyone had fun!
A Humorous and Diverse Crowd
Our Chariton Chamber of Commerce Fundraiser crowd loved Jake’s humor. As a matter of fact, Jake received multiple comedy song requests by various artists, one being Tenacious D. When Jake hit the keys to Kielbasa, our crowd went nuts. He had guests laughing at his improv all night long!
Above all, Chariton Chamber of Commerce Fundraiser brought in a super chef. This chef and his team laid out an incredible buffet of build your own pasta. YUM! For dessert there was even a self-serve ice cream machine. We would like a self serve ice cream machine in our homes please.
We played old school rock such as All For Leyna by Billy Joel and YMCA by the Village People. Eric and Jake had a solid dance party going towards the end of their show. A group of young ladies danced a mash-up of Don’t Stop Believing by Journey and Katy Perry’s, Firework. Believe it or not, we had tons of requests for slow songs. Other guests notably loved the slower songs to dance to. So our performers pumped out Sweetest Taboo by Sade, which of course, was a hit with the slower crowd. We also gave George a shout out for his retirement. He spent decades as the town’s sheriff and finally hung up his badge!
