As a pianist at Felix and Fingers, I can honestly say I spend every day living the dream. I get to travel the country doing what I love and, best of all, I get an all-access pass to some of the most unique and captivating venues in the world. Untitled Supper Club in Chicago, IL, is one of my all time favorites. I was thrilled when NFP called to book Felix and Fingers for their annual holiday party.

Untitled Supper Club is one of Chicago’s hidden gems, and — like any genuine speakeasy — that’s exactly how they intend to keep it. Guests enter with little fanfare through an unmarked alcove on West Kinzie Street. They emerge moments later amid the wooden paneling, leather loungers and sultry atmosphere of the Untitled Supper Club. Known for its craft, prohibition era-inspired cocktails, low-key vibe and Zagat-approved pub food, this restaurant and lounge is a prime location for corporate events, weddings and any other type of shindig.
This club offers guests the rare opportunity to step back in time and revel in the discreet allure of the roaring 1920’s and its speakeasy culture, and that’s exactly what we did on the evening of NFP’s corporate holiday party. NFP’s CEO kicked off the show with a cheerful speech and award for the individual with the greatest sales. Excitement rippled through the crowd afterwards, setting the stage for Felix and Fingers to rock the house.

We split Untitled Supper Club’s spacious dance floor in half and played a special all-request show. NFP’s employees had the opportunity to call the shots, both in terms of the songs we played and the drinks flowing freely from behind the venue’s well-stocked bar. My side won, so I rewarded them with a boisterous rendition of “Brown Eyed Girl.”
Untitled Supper Club is a great venue in Chicago and very easy to work with. Their highly trained staff made our set up and break down a breeze, and their on-site sound and light tech handled all of our mixing live. As a result, Felix and Fingers was able to put on highly polished and professional show that everybody raved about.
