Tinley Park Convention Center Wedding Extraordinaire
Felix and Fingers unpacked their gear at the Tinley Park Convention Center wedding shaking their heads in awe. This was one giant event room in Tinley Park, Illinois and it was amazing! Carrie and Santino had the ballroom decorated with simple elegance. The Tinley Park Convention Center Wedding ambiance was incredible. For example, huge white glowing paper lanterns hung from a vaulted ceiling shining over the enormous dance floor. If you would like to tour the Tinley Park Convention Center please click here.
A True Chicago Wedding
The Tinley Park Convention Center wedding had it all. Not only were the hors d’oeuvres passed around by butlers but champagne was flowing during cocktail hour. To begin, their award winning chef Steve Poskin and staff prepared a delicious three course dinner. In addition to an amazing meal, a four hour bar package had wine service flowing through dinner. The bride and groom added a sweet table alongside their stunning three tier wedding cake. Felix and Fingers played a great mix of music including fabulous instrumentals during cocktail hour and dinner.
Our performers were ready to pack the dance floor with Some Kind of Wonderful by Grand Funk Railroad. As a matter of fact, everyone was having such a great time a friend of the bride, Michael Potsic, decided to come up on stage and sing. He belted out Signed, Sealed, Delivered by Stevie Wonder as if he was Mr. Wonder himself. The crowd went nuts!
In addition to a fabulous meal and a packed dance floor, the bride and groom brought in a late night snack. Buona Beef was a hit with their mini Italian beef sandwiches, pizza, burgers and hots dogs. What a yummy surprise for all! If you would like to cater from Buona beef please click here. This crowd really got into songs with the word LOVE in the title. This was to get the bride and groom to kiss. Hence the groomsmen were full of ideas thinking of at least 6 different songs off the bat to request. Above all, the groomsmen had a bright idea and performed What is Love from A Night at the Roxbury complete choreography!
