St. Charles, Illinois was the home of this Brewster Creek Wedding. Felix and Fingers had a wonderful time performing for the natural themed wedding of Jeff and Bridget. We offer the most sincere congratulations to the happy couple. What an awesome night it was!
Brewster Creek Wedding Venue
Jeff and Bridget went all out with a natural vibe to their wedding. It included a butterfly release after the ceremony that made for some great pictures. They also provided seed packets to take home, had a tree planting, and had a delightful flowers, foliage, and fishing theme. There couldn’t have been a better venue for this natural themed wedding than the Barbara Belding Lodge at the Brewster Creek Forest Preserve.
First of all, the lodge has wonderful views of the forest preserve which totally enhanced our couple’s theme. The huge stone fireplace added a great vibe as well. With vaulted wood-beamed ceilings, the room seems quite spacious. The staff was helpful and super capable of handling this fun-loving crowd. Drinks, Dancing, & More
Signature drinks are the latest and greatest addition to weddings and this Brewster Creek Wedding had a great one. They served Mexican Mules which consists of tequila and ginger beer. Yummy! Not only that, they served IPA’s in champagne glasses. How fun and fancy! Of course, all this drinking–as well as our awesome performers–helped lead to one crazy group of dancers.
We began the show with a special performance from the bride’s nieces. These two adorable girls played Can’t Help Falling in Love on the ukulele and piano. What a great start! Then it was our turn and we played one fun request after another. This group wanted to hear everything from Eminem’s Love the Way You Lie to We Are Family by Sister Sledge. Def Leppard’s Pour Some Sugar on Me had everyone 
showing off their moves. It was quite a night.
