It was our second time at this venue when we played for the Forest Hills Country Club Wedding of Courtney and Jeff. We loved this country club just as much the second time as we did the first–maybe even more. This venue is in Rockford, Il which isn’t too far a drive at all for your Felix and Fingers Dueling Piano performers.
Forest Hills Country Club Wedding
Forest Hills is a members only country club but you don’t have to be a member to host a wedding or other large party in their banquet room. This venue has an exceptional reputation and their team will assist you with all your wedding needs. One thing that we like is that they only host one reception at a time so the staff is entirely dedicated to you and your guests. Felix and Fingers has had to compete with music from other banquet rooms before and it is not fun. Having the space to yourself is perfect for all. We noticed impeccable service this time around and just like last time, we thought the decor was just perfect for the wedding of your dreams. Fun Couple, Fun Times
Courtney and Jeff are a super fun couple and went along with everything we did. They truly set a great tone for their reception. Everyone was relaxed, well fed, and ready to party. The crowd loved our interactive games and comedic style. They also went crazy with the amount of request slips piling up on our pianos. We tried our best to keep up! Songs such as I Want to Know What Love Is by Foreigner and Eric Clapton’s Wonderful Tonight had all the couples swaying and looking romantically into each other’s eyes. But this group didn’t request very many slow songs. No, they wanted to get down with some upbeat hits like Sweet Child O’ Mine from Guns N’ Roses and the Blackeyed Peas hit, I Gotta Feeling. This was a very fun group and we loved every minute of this show.
