Itasca Eaglewood Resort Wedding
You would have never known that there were three wedding receptions taking place at the same time. The Eaglewood Resort and Spa is spacious enough that it just wasn’t a problem. In the past, we’ve been to venues where you can hear the music from the other reception. But not here! The resort itself is well decorated and perfect for any large occasion or just a weekend of golf. We were able to view the golf course from the outdoor patio during the cocktail hour. We had beautiful weather that day and the guests really enjoyed the outdoor time. As far as the catering goes, we have only one word to say; DELICIOUS! Specifically, we tried the chicken dish and it was excellent. Since we perform for so many weddings and corporate events, you can imagine how many chicken dishes we have sampled. Jumping Around
At the start of the reception, we were missing one of the groomsmen and found that he had to call it a night. Apparently, he had been having way too much fun throughout the celebratory day. He never even made it to the reception and stayed in his room. Let this be a warning, future wedding goers. Save the partying for the reception! No one wants to miss our fantastic dueling piano show. And it was a fantastic show! We had some awesome requests and did our best to keep up. Some highlights of the night were the crowd going wild to Party Up (Up In Here) by DMX and some crazy dancing and very loud singing to Bon Jovi’s Livin’ On A Prayer. There were quite a few Wisconsin fans in the house too so we had to play Jump Around by House of Pain. That’s a theme song for UW Madison fans and they certainly do a lot of jumping around. It was a total blast!
