Felix and Fingers drove out to Wisconsin on a crisp fall day to perform at the Lake Geneva wedding. Kristen and Ryan had chosen the stunning Geneva National Resort for their special day. Our performers for the Lake Geneva Wedding were Chris Heroldt and James Grichtke. Congratulations Kristen and Ryan!
Spectacular Lake Geneva Wedding
The Geneva National Resort always provides spectacular views, especially in the fall. Due to the fact it was mid October, this outdoor ceremony was a bit chilly. Kristen walked the aisle in a fur stole while guests sported jackets and shawls to stay warm during the ceremony. The bride and groom exchanged vows under a beautiful pergola accented with fresh flowers. In addition, rolling hills and amazing fall foliage added a stunning permanent backdrop. As the ceremony wound down, the sun peeked out from the clouds giving everyone a chance to warm up!
If you’d like to spoil your guests with luxury accommodations and fine dining, look no further as the Geneva National Resort has it all! In addition, the Geneva National Resort boasts world class golf courses. If you would like to hold your next public or private event at the Geneva National Resort please click here.
As the ceremony came to an end, Chris and James were ready for cocktail hour with guests arriving in the Lake Geneva Room. After the wedding party was introduced, we watched the entire room migrate to the bar to warm up. Chris and James played a mix of instrumental music while guests enjoyed appetizers offered by smiling and attentive staff. We would like to point out every time Felix and Fingers perform at The Geneva National Resort, the food is outstanding. For example, guests raved on how Kristen and Ryan spared no expense on an exquisite 5-course plated meal.
A Bedazzled Lake Geneva Wedding
Chris and James performed All of Me by John Legend for a romantic first dance while Kristen and Ryan gazed into each other’s eyes with love. There was a quick break to let the bride and groom take a breath in between all the excitement. Once again, guests didn’t waste time keeping the bartender busy. Eventually, our song request slips started piling up on the piano’s. Hence, we could tell everyone was excited to party. And WHOA! on the bridesmaids, they were bedazzled in gold sequence bringing extravagant beauty to the Lake Geneva wedding!
Felix and Fingers had everyone out on the dance floor with great hits like Love Shack by The B-52’s. Jimbo Gritts aka James Grichtke provided all the high notes for Oh, What a Night by The Four Seasons and because of this, we think he shattered a few champagne glasses. More importantly, who was the young lady who took the mic for Jump Around by House of Pain? She killed it!
