We have played here quite a few times in the past and it is always one of our favorites. The natural scenery makes this one of the prettiest venues around. With your choice of venue spaces, you can choose any decor from rustic elegance to modern, all of which can be adapted with your own decor to make your day as unique and special as you would like it to be. 90’s Hip Hop and More
First things first, you must check out the videographer for this wedding. You can find a link to their information below. The reason? Well, they have a drone and took some gorgeous aerial pictures such as the guests dancing underneath the twinkling lights. We love that idea. Another idea that we have been seeing a lot of lately is cupcakes instead of a wedding cake. Hey, as long as it’s cake, we’re pretty happy.
For this Grand Geneva Resort Wedding, we played a lot of 90’s hip hop and rap. There was no shortage of Snoop Dog or Dr. Dre. And those groomsmen were really getting down. They especially loved to dance to Poison by Bell Biv Devoe. They were quite a sight to see and had everyone cheering and clapping along. We also played all of the traditional wedding songs that people like to hear such as We Are Family by the Pointer Sisters and Celebrate by Kool & The Gang. We had a blast with this group and could still hear them singing Felix and Fingers tunes as the party ended and people were heading back to their hotel rooms. Definitely a success when the guests are still singing way after we have stopped playing.
