This Crystal Lake Country Club wedding was a local affair for Felix and Finger’s player Jim. It’s always great to play in your hometown. Jim had connections with many of those in attendance, even one of the venue employees was a former high school friend. Also, he had played at the country club many times when he, himself, was in high school so it definitely felt like a homecoming for him.

Can you even imagine how many chicken dishes our performers have sampled over the
years? We can’t even guess at the number because it would be astronomical–we do multiple weddings every single week. And that’s not counting all of the fundraisers and corporate events. So when our performer says that it was one of the best chicken dishes he had ever eaten, it really says a lot. Don’t Doubt the Dueling Pianos
Before we began our show, one of the guests told us that he couldn’t imagine how a dueling piano show could work for a wedding. But at the end of the night, this same guest told us that is was the most fun he had EVER had at a wedding! Hey, we know what we’re doing, no need to worry. And as usual, this group kept the dance floor hopping all night. One of the most anticipated songs of the night was Lil Jon’s Turn Down for What. However, when the song reaches the pinnacle buildup to the drop, we immediately trolled the audience by switching to Vanessa Carlton’s A Thousand Miles. This is a popular trend among famous DJ’s. Everyone laughed and loved it! The Crystal Lake Country Club wedding was a hit with everyone.
