The Room 1520 West Loop Wedding brought Felix to another new venue. Room 1520 is an event space in the West Loop area of Chicago. It’s a gorgeous venue that is just perfect for a chic and stylish city wedding.

Room 1520 is a renovated loft style building. Because of this, you will find high ceilings, white exposed brick, and gorgeous tall windows. A white-washed bar is just to the side of the dance area making for a perfect set up. They have a premium bar package so you won’t need to hire a third party for your bar. You will need an outside caterer for Room 1520 and our wedding couple chose Caffè Baci, a local Chicago company. They serve superb Italian cuisine and are experts with the presentation. We found the food to be excellent and even more, the staff 
was amazing. They took care of everything so well and with such professionalism that made sure everyone had exactly what they needed. We were very impressed. You can find their menu and other information by clicking here.
Rapping Bride and Dancing Groom
The bride and groom entered with their wedding party, then they cut the cake, and had their first dance immediately after. Touching speeches during dinner came next. Following dinner, the mother/son and father/daughter dances took place and then it was time to party. Our groom, Chris, had some pretty excellent dance moves. We don’t think he ever left the dance floor. His bride, Nellie, even took a turn at the microphone with Ice, Ice, Baby. The crowd loved it. Even Uncle Rich joined in the fun and serenaded everyone with an Elvis tune. Nellie and Chris had chosen to add a drummer to their entertainment package which is something we highly recommend. It really provides us with a nice full rhythm which allows our piano players 
to be a little more creative over the top of the beat. It’s a great full sound.
