Tucked away on the 5th floor of the 900 N. Michigan Avenue mall was the perfect location for Frankies Scaloppine Wedding. Felix and Fingers had a really great time performing at Frankies Scaloppine restaurant.  Congratulations Jeff and Mike on your special day!

Frankies Scaloppine Wedding Michigan Avenue

Frankies Scaloppine WeddingFelix and Fingers enjoyed amazing Michigan Avenue views from the 5th floor of the 900 North Michigan Avenue Shops skyscraper. Attentive and professional staff turned the dining room over for dinner while guests moved outside for cocktails. Our players this evening were were Robert and Brittany, they performed in an entirely separate room of the restaurant for Frankies Scaloppine wedding.

From time to time, Felix and Fingers get to see really creative moments during special events.  For example, at Frankies Scaloppine wedding, the grooms created a video to show at dinner.  Their video consisted of friends and family goofing around to the intro music of Full House and it was hilarious! The comedy did not seem to stop there, as a matter of fact, the grooms put together a recreation of the “Full House” opening credits.  Jeff and Mike played this for all their guests before making their grand entrance into dinner!

Speaking of dinner, everyone enjoyed an amazing, family-style traditional Italian dinner.  Frankies Scaloppine restaurant outdid themselves with mouthwatering dishes like pastas, pizza and fresh salads. Sadly, Frankies Scaloppine restaurant has recently closed it’s doors after an amazing 10 years of service.  Although if you are still interested in booking a special event please click here.  This link will direct you to Frankies Scaloppine sister restaurant Osteria Via Statto. You will be transported to the Italian countryside at Osteria Via Statto.  They will meet all your needs for your special event with attentive staff and traditional Italian cuisine.

Hashtag of the Evening

Frankies Scaloppine WeddingEvery wedding has a highlight. Jeff and Mike’s was a hashtag called #FattysDads.  This hashtag is because the grooms share a cat named “Fatty’ that is essentially their first born.  For example, the love for their cat was so real, “Fatty” was present on the cake and in their video! Felix and Fingers performed for an awesome and fun crowd at Frankies Scaloppine wedding. On another note, one of the father’s speeches rambled on for quite some time.  So much that the son requested Robert to play “Exit Music” to cut him off.  This was super funny and had all the guests laughing in good humor.
