Another 90’s Dance Party
We began the evening by playing light accompaniment during the cocktail hour. This was in the beautiful hallway area right outside the banquet room. The couple even did a pre-first dance on the putting green outside before their dance on the veranda described above. Following dinner, everyone was ready to have some fun and our 90’s dance music selection had all on the dance floor in no time. We could tell it was going to be a great night. The fun requests continued to come in and the only thing that kept people from the dance floor was the photo booth. Guests were having a great time taking all kinds of pictures–everything form serious to silly. A photo booth is always a fun wedding reception idea.
We have a couple of special wedding moments we always like to throw in. One of them is the anniversary dance. You may have seen this one before. All the married couples begin on the dance floor and, couple by couple, they must leave as the longer married couples stay. This time the record for the longest married couple was 49 years! Maybe we’ll be performing for their 50th anniversary next year.
