Our fun wedding couple threw this Lakeside Country Club Post Wedding Party for their friends and family that couldn’t attend their destination wedding. Felix and Fingers loves this type of wedding party. With the actual wedding in the past, all that’s left is having a good time! And that is exactly what happened at this very fun celebration.
Lakeside Country Club Post Wedding Party Venue
This is a wonderful smaller sized country club in Bloomington, Illinois. You might have guessed that it sits next to a lake and it does. This provides an excellent backdrop for such a fun day. This party took up two of their rooms and the staff did a wonderful job transitioning from one to the other. They served a taco bar which was fabulous. It’s a great small club with a family friendly atmosphere. The laid back vibe was perfect and you could tell how comfortable everyone was with this little gem.
Casual Fun and Laid Back Vibes
Our couple had already married in sunny Punta Cana so this day was for fun only. No stressful planning. No jittery bride. Just fun, fun, and more fun. This Lakeside Country Club Post Wedding Party was a casual affair. Guests sported shorts and sundresses on a beautiful summer evening. Once we started, this group didn’t stop with great request after great request. We played Beyoncé’s Run the World, 24K Magic by Bruno Mars, and Blink 182’s All The Small Things. We made sure to throw in some romance too. Our dueling pianist, T Duncan Parker, brought all the couples out on the floor with his superb rendition of John Legend’s All of Me. Seriously, this guy sings this song in a way that will really touch your heart. All in all, it was a great night in Bloomington, Illinois.
