Now, let’s talk about the show! Chris and Rebekah kicked off The Yacht and Country Club Dueling Pianos NYE Celebration with a bang! We designated a dancing queen, and boy, did she own that tambourine! Her enthusiasm truly set the tone for a night where the dance floor stayed packed.
We played everything from Bohemian Rhapsody (Queen) to Piano Man (Billy Joel). Oh, and, of course, Felix had to include Dancing Queen (ABBA) to honor our tambourine-wielding star. The place was still buzzing at 12:20 AM, a whole hour and twenty minutes past the usual wrap-up time!
Above all, let’s not forget the countdown to midnight! We led the charge with a champagne toast, and guests toasted and cheered to Auld Lang Syne. It was a moment of pure joy and celebration, ringing in the New Year! All in all, the atmosphere was beyond incredible. Catherine even mentioned they’d surely love to have us back for future events. Now that’s music to our ears!
