WOW, the Powel Crosley Estate Wedding Celebration was the most beautiful event we’ve ever seen. For one thing, this 1920’s mansion estate on the edge of the Sarasota Bay just blew us away. Overlooking the water, the sunset was truly spectacular. Our performers for this classy wedding were Jake Ashey and Nate Rodriguez. Brett and Arielle chose to hold their ceremony out on the back landing as the sun was setting. In fact, the couple chose a truly unique song for the processional, I Dare You to Move by Switchfoot as a piano ballad. It was perfect. After this sweet moment, the bride entered the estate by herself to Wonderful Tonight Eric Clapton. Talk about a swanky Powel Crosley Estate wedding celebration. This event was actually beyond impressive.
Memorable Speeches and Top Hits
During a delectable dinner, speeches by the maid of honor and best man were sincere and touching. The couple’s first dance inside an intimate ballroom was super romantic. Our reception kicked off requests for songs such as Callin’ Baton Rouge by Garth Brooks and Wannabe by the Spice Girls. Felix loves when there is an eclectic night of music. Makes for a ton of fun.
Above all, as guests mingled, coffee was served at an elegant station. This helped everyone stay up late for the New Year’s Eve countdown! Everyone got together and we all counted down to midnight during the DJ dance party. The countdown finished with special moments. In the meantime, the slow dancing and sweet kisses to romantic jazz guitar of Auld Lang Syne was perfection. What an impressive and top-notch New Year’s Eve wedding!
